About us

The Star Vision

Before this ministry started, God gave His servant a revelation in which he saw himself standing on a heap of sand. There were other heaps in front of him, so plenty that he couldn't count them, but he was standing on the biggest of the heaps. As he looked up, he saw a star in the cloud and he saw a man who told him to keep saying, "IT IS MY STAR!" He kept shouting this repeatedly and the number of stars kept on increasing, until the entire cloud was filled with uncountable stars. Then, the revelation ended. The revelation bothered his mind for several days until he met a man of God (of blessed memory) who interpreted the revelation as summarized below.

The heap of sand is a Church, and the other uncountable heaps in front are the branches of Churches and ministries that God will be establishing through the base. The star shines worldwide and multiplies rapidly, to the point that other stars will emerge from it, if the purpose for establishing it is pursued.

General Overseer

Evangelist Ojo Peters

Evangelist Ojo Peters is the General Overseer of Voice of Mercy Ministries International and the President of Ojo Peters World Outreach. He hails from Ado-Ekiti Local Government Area of Ekiti State, Nigeria, and has been called by God primarily into the ministry of evangelism.

Following his divine calling, God instructed him to establish Ojo Peters World Outreach and subsequently to raise a church, Voice of Mercy Ministries International, as an expression of his ministry assignment.

After completing Bible School, Evangelist Peters received a clear instruction from God to go to Minna, Niger State, as his place of divine assignment. He prepared and set out on the journey. However, upon reaching Jebba Bridge, the Lord spoke to him clearly, instructing him to proceed to Minna, raise an altar unto Him, and He will make him a voice.

With this divine mandate, he arrived in Minna in humble circumstances, knowing no one in the city but trusting in the faithfulness of God.

For 28 years, Evangelist Peters has remained diligent and steadfast in obeying this divine instruction through different seasons of ministry. This simple but powerful mandate has given birth to several ministries and programmes through which God has blessed countless lives across the world. These include Wednesday of Mercy, Altar of Mercy, Daily Mercy Capsule Devotional, and Early Morning Atmosphere of Power, among others.

He is also a prolific author whose books have been a blessing to many. His works include Ungodly Evolution of the Church, Descendant of Fire, What Hungers You, and the Answer Series.

Evangelist Peters is happily married to Pastor Mrs. Flora Ojo-Peters, who has faithfully served alongside him throughout their marriage. Their union is blessed with three children, all of whom are actively involved in the ministry.

Through his life and ministry, Evangelist Ojo Peters continues to demonstrate unwavering commitment to God's calling, bringing the message of the Gospel to people across nations and generations.
